Salome Mulenga Kabwe is a dedicated MEAL Officer with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Development Studies and a Certificate in Leadership and Civic Engagement. She is passionate about using data to improve programme effectiveness, strengthen accountability, and support informed decision-making, with a focus on community development, disability inclusion, and sustainable development.

Management, Certificate in Sales and Accounts, Certificate in Project Management, Governance & Proposal Writing. She has over 30 years’ experience in working in human resources.

Elias is a committed development practitioner with a Master's in Development Studies and a Bachelor's in Philosophy. He has diplomas in various fields, including Teaching Methodology and HIV Management, along with a Craft Certificate in Electrical Engineering. Elias is dedicated to uplifting vulnerable communities through sustainable initiatives and advocates for equity and inclusion.
